Who you are and what you’ll be doing

Your role is to manage the OneUp space, coordinating the host team and also translating the growth and strategy to actionable tasks and processes.

You will be working closely with the rest of the OneUp team as well as the OneUp Head of Growth & Strategy to help fulfill the vision for OneUp. Being open and honest about expectations is a key skill along with being able to show empathy and patience where needed.

Role ownership areas:

Your ownership area is the success and operation of the OneUp space and its members.

You will report to the OneUp Head of Growth & Strategy.

Main responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing and leading the OneUp Hosts
  • Responsible for managing the physical OneUp space and anything that happens within it
  • Ensure that OneUp Hosts have everything they need to support our Members
  • Translating the wider OneUp strategy and vision into clear, actionable operational goals
  • Planning the completion of these goals using your team
  • Documenting processes and procedures for use by the OneUp team
  • Helping OneUp meet its financial and operational targets

Essential skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a co-working space 
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Ability to work across teams 
  • Experience with translating strategy into operational goals
  • Comfortable using technology

Useful skills:

  • Experience managing a team or in a management role
  • Experience with finances

£25 – £35K annual, depending on experience.
